Carl Huff is a transformational youth coach with 17 years of experience developing elite-level athletes while shaping high-character young leaders. As Head Coach of Heat Academy, he leads across basketball, track and field, and flag football with a structured development model that emphasizes fundamentals, discipline, and competitive excellence.
Beyond wins and titles, Coach Huff has built a sustainable athlete pipeline. He has coached six Junior Olympians who earned All-American honors, demonstrating his ability to develop young athletes at the highest national level. For the past three years, he has also led a basketball development program at the local recreation center, expanding access to structured skill training and mentorship within the community.
His mission is simple but powerful: develop confident athletes and responsible young leaders.
